WOYWW 4th April

I have missed WOYWW for a couple of weeks, glad to be back this week though to have a snoop round other peoples craft spaces. If you would like to join in then head over to Julia's wonderful blog.

This week I have been finishing of my easter cards, it took me a while to get my card making mojo back as have been spending the last month or so experimenting with other crafts. I am quite happy with the card I made though as it only took a couple of hours to complete. The stamp is one I got in hobby craft a few weeks ago it's so cute!

As you can see my desk this week is again the floor, my actual desk is in my spare room and I like to watch the TV whilst I craft so I never seem to use my actual desk, maybe I should move the desk into the living room...hmmm.

  1. I like the way the floor has different 'compartments'...colouring over here, taping and cutting over there....do you lie down?

  2. I don't know how your knees can stand being on the floor to craft - but you are probably considerably younger than me :) Love your decopatch elephant from the previous post - cute!!

  5. It wasn't until I read JD's comment and reviewed the photos again that I realised you are indeed working on the floor - ah - if that were me I'd never be able to get backup again ( never mind that my floor would be so covered in stuff that walking across the room would be impossible. Sweetie, I'm in awe of your gymnastic flexibility as well as your gorgeous card,

  13. Can I see the legs of a clothes airer in the background? It looks as though you are the second person I have found working on the floor this week. I wish I could get down and back up from there. Thank you for your visit this week, and I will show that card when it has been delivered. Have a good Easter. xx Maggie #9

  14. I'm afraid if I got down on the floor, I couldn't get up! Just kidding, but I'm impressed that you can craft on the floor. I just put a tv in the studio. #123

  15. Well if you made that card then I need to eat my hat!!! Thats one swell card. Do I spy also a very large carton full of promarkers in the picture? Your very brave on a beige carpet. I like working on the floor too especially when using my big shot but draw the line at the laptop down there as well. Hugs Mrs A.

  16. Just smiling, if I got down on the floor to craft I would never get up again. (just noticed the lady above said the same - but I am not joking - well at least not without a bit of a struggle).
Sorry I am so late, things got in the way. Thanks for sharing, stopping by me and putting your number (so appreciated.) Happy Easter - Hugs, Neet #10 xx

  19. Looks like I'm not the only one running a little behind this week...I thought your "desk" looked suspiciously spacious...No wonder, since it's the floor! Like many other ladies I would really struggle to get back up, but I can't craft on the floor anyways because I don't think there are any areas in my house with that much free space...add in a dog and a boy and well, projects would get demolished long before they got done! Feel free to stop by and see my desks, I'm #171 ~Deeyll
